Major Changes for General Play Rounds at Hart Common
From 19th May photos of General Play cards will now be accepted, as well as continuing to accept cards in the box, for General Play rounds played at Hart Common.
Photos of completed General Play rounds will be accepted provided they are emailed to the Handicap Secretary
handicaps@hartcommongolfclub.co.uk on the day the round is played.
The photos must be clear and legible showing all the required information as per our local rules.
Photos that fail to meet the above will cause the round to be removed from the member’s record.
General Play cards must be in the gray box in the Club shop or, if closed, in the box on the Clubhouse wall for collection the day after the round is played.
The Handicap Secretary WILL NOT, as he has done in the past, be chasing members for illegible or missing photos or cards.
It is the member’s responsibility to ensure the Handicap Secretary receives the photo or card in the timescale as required or the round will be removed.
