The current Suggestions, Greens, Incident and other "Books " are being replaced by a single Online Form that Members can use by ticking a few boxes to:-

a) Report an incident on course or with neighbours or the public
b) Make a suggestion about an area of the club
c) Give some feedback
d) Comment about the course
e) Highlight a perceived problem
and so on.

The Online form is easy to complete, it :-
* Asks for your name and email address and asks you to identify the area of concern/comment
* If relevant asks for the time and date of any incident
* Allows you to write your comment down so we can access it anywhere or at anytime

When you press SUBMIT it then :-
a) Immediately (24*7) sends a copy of the report back to the office, and copies relevant others
b) Save a copy of the report in a database, so we can track progress
c) Logs when you made the report
d) Sends you a copy of what you are reporting (back to your email).
