Dean Plant unfortunately lost in the The final of the county championship final at Crowborough Beacon GC on Sunday 1st August.
In a very good final , Dean leveled the match on the 15th , but fell foul to the heather & rough on the final hole to lose the match 1-down.
The final was won for the first time by Joe Sykes from Goodwood in the final and will now represent Sussex in the English champion of champion tournament in September.
