Covid-19 Update - Tier Four
31st December 2020
Due to very rapidly rising level of infection Cheshire East has now been placed into Tier Four (Stay at Home) where tighter restrictions are in place.

Golf courses can remain open for individual exercise and for people to use with others within your household, support bubble, or with one person from another household. A maximum of two-ball groups is permitted, except when playing exclusively with people from your household or support bubble. Therefore the Board have agreed that once the snow has cleared and the course is able to reopen the following restrictions will apply:

* Play will be limited to two-balls only with everyone starting from the 1st tee and therefore allowing 18 holes for those that wish.

* In Tier Four areas pro shops must be closed (although they can operate a click and collect service), so we revert to being members only, i.e. no guests, until further notice.

* Tee times must be pre-booked and bookings for social golf can continue to be made via BRS up to 7 days in advance. However, all bookings already made during the next 7 days will be cancelled and tee times will have to be rebooked as two-balls and without guests.

* All competitions are cancelled until further notice.

* Locker rooms will remain open for storage, toilets and wash-hand basins.

* We will closely monitor the BRS booking system if there is overbooking we may have to revert to the 8/10 hole arrangement and/or a limit on the number of rounds per week that each member may play.
