Dan Ellis had a putt on the last green for a great round of 71, but 4 putts later he trudged off the green thinking he had blown his chance of victory. His gross 73, nett 68 gave him a win on countback from Dean Plant.
Dan said " I was near a sprinkler head and should have taken relief, lesson learned" fortunately his mistake did not cost him victory as Andy Mitchell , overnight leader , bogeyed 17th & 18th to miss out by a shot.
