In light of COVID-19 Closure
2020 SUBSCRIPTION - DIRECT DEBITS

We will be suspending all Direct Debits for 5 and 7 day members for April and until we re-open. You do not need to email or do anything, this will be automatic. Thank you to the members that have been in touch to ask to leave their payments in place, it is appreciated more than you know particularly on Tuesday as we closed. But it is complicated to manage so we will suspend all monthly payments and restart when we re-open.

2020 SUBSCRIPTION - PAID IN FULL

Thank you to those that have already paid in full - this has been extremely helpful for us with the March payroll in light of the winter we have just endured. So if you have paid or have an overlapped paid membership from 2019 you will not lose out. We will again effectively suspend the membership you have paid for and restart it. You will then have a lower payment for the 2021 subscription.

If you are yet to pay but intend to pay for the year - you can wait until we reopen and then pay in full or if you can pay while we are closed and you will have the missed time credited to your subscription for 2021. Nobody will pay for a subscription for when the course is closed.

CAN I STILL PLAY WHILE WE ARE CLOSED?

No. I would like to reiterate that the golf courses are CLOSED - please do not go to play or practice. I appreciate you would be isolated, I appreciate you wouldn't catch anything or that it is just like walking in a park but we are closed for one reason - to help the country and the NHS. We are in this together. I received an email from a Doctor working on the NHS front line yesterday to thank us for closing the golf courses, he said - "We are approaching breaking point and it is measures like these that will make the difference."

We will get back open as soon as we are allowed and the golf courses will get back into top condition and be better than ever after this layoff and the lack of play this winter.
