This is the first newsletter being sent from the new ClubV1 System. We hope that it reaches you alright. It is designed to keep you up to date with what is happening in the club and is normally issued on both Tuesday’s and Friday’s. If there is anything that you feel should be included please email info@blackbushgolfclub.ie. If you have any information about what is happening and feel it is worthwhile circulating to members please forward it on and we will do our best to include it.

MEMBERS HUB:
Members are reminded that the new Members Hub is now live. Please ensure that all of your details on the system are correct. You can make any required amendments yourself. The hub can also be used for finding contact details for other members but only if they have updated their details so the more details that are up there the better it is for everybody.

JOKER:
The Jackpot has now hit €2k! as there was no winner last weekend. James Maguire had his envelope pulled from the Joker drum this week. James selected the Number 24 and when opened it revealed the 10 of Spades, winning James €50. The lucky wine winners were Con Duignan, Joe Brophy and Tony Craven.

INTERCLUB:
Unfortunately the Senior Cup didn’t make it out of the strokeplay event last weekend in Corrstown. There are no teams in action this week.

PRIZE PRESENTATIONS:
For anybody that was unable to make the men’s prize presentation on Friday any uncollected prizes can be collected by contacting the Office.

BUNNIES:
Next Monday night, July 8, will see the second of three “Special” nights for the Bunnies. The entry fee on the night will increase to €8, however, the extra €5 will be ring-fenced for prizes.

LADY CAPTAINS PRIZE:
Timesheets are available for the Lady Captains’ (Miriam Horan) Prize. The Tuesday timesheet is to book your golf for the Tuesday. Tee times for the Saturday will be allocated. The timesheet for the Saturday is to indicate that you will be attending the meal. If you intend attending the meal, then you must put your name on the Saturday timesheet.
