Quarter-Final victory
Another strong win for ESN's Cyril Blake Team on Monday. Playing with home advantage, the team made a decisive statement by winning 4-0 against a strong Ifield team. All four pairs of Eric Stone and Ian Pagan, Greg Ford and Dougie Drummond, Stuart Catton and Alan Ratcliffe and the family pairing of Tony and Paul Plant won their matches with holes to spare. The semi- final will be played against Haywards Heath at the neutral course of Seaford. Having played Seaford in annual friendlies, the ESN lads may have a slight advantage?
