Two late birdies by Sedlescombe in the morning foursomes to snatch a win and half in the last two games resulted in a narrow lead for ESN 2 1/2 - 1 1/2.
This appeared to merely fire the team up and the singles were won 6-2 for a comfortable winning margin of 8 1/2 - 3 1/2.
ESN fielded two county players Ash Rees & Steve Watts, (pictured) both were under par in winning their singles matches with Andy Larkin playing the front nine in -5 to win his match easily.
