Back in January, the completely rebuilt HowDidiDo app was launched by Club Systems replacing the Club V1 Members Hub app, and hundreds of thousands of members are already using the new app, however we know some of our members are yet to make the change. As part of the continued investment in the HowDidiDo platform, the ClubV1 Members Hub will be retired on 7 January 2027. We wanted to make you aware ahead of time so we can assist with any queries on the new app if you are yet to download this. Club Systems will also be emailing members directly in the coming weeks to make you aware too. From 7th January, if still using it, you will be logged out of ClubV1 Members Hub and won't be able to log back in so you are encouraged to install the HowDidiDo app before this date to ensure a smooth transition. To continue accessing your club services and member functionality currently available in ClubV1 Members Hub without interruption, you can log in to the HowDidiDo app using the same email address the club holds on record for you. This is required for your account data to carry over automatically, and also ensures club communications and bills reach the correct email address. Your Email, Push, and Privacy preferences won't carry over automatically, so you'll need to reset these in the HowDidiDo app settings.
