Work Party – 30th of October (Fireworks Night) As we gear up for our eagerly awaited Fireworks Night on October 30th, we're organizing a work party to make sure the evening is both splendid and smooth. This year, we're expecting a larger crowd of around 400 guests, and we're committed to providing a delightful experience for everyone. To help us ensure the event runs smoothly, we're in need of volunteers for various tasks. We need assistance with: * Guiding visitors to and from parking areas and event spaces. * Monitoring crowd movements to maintain safety and comfort for all attendees. * Responding to general queries and providing directions throughout the evening. * Collecting donations. The event kicks off at 5:00 PM, but we ask our volunteers to arrive by 4:00 PM for a brief orientation and role assignment. We expect to wrap up by 10:00 PM. Refreshments and a meal of ham, egg, and chips will be provided for all volunteers. If you're available and eager to help, please respond to this email to sign up. We'd love to have you join us in making this event a success! Christmas Carols – Sunday 29th November As we get ready to welcome the festive season at Bognor Regis Golf Club, we’re looking for members who would like to take part in our Christmas Carol singing on Sunday 29th November. The afternoon will begin with arrival from 1.30pm, with the carol singing starting at 2.00pm. We’d love to hear from any members who enjoy singing and would like to join in with the group. You certainly don’t need to be a professional singer, just willing to get involved, enjoy the occasion and help us create a warm and festive atmosphere for everyone attending. To help everyone get comfortable with the songs, we will also be holding two rehearsals at the Club: • Tuesday 10th November at 3.00pm • Tuesday 17th November at 3.00pm If you, or any of your friends, would like to take part in the singing, please reply to this email or speak to the Club Office. It would be lovely to have a good group of members involved and help make the afternoon a special start to the Christmas season. Steen Simon Club Operations Manager Bognor Regis Golf Club
