Thank you for your patience and understanding during Maintenance Week. We’re pleased to let you know that the Clubhouse and Golf Course will reopen tomorrow. The maintenance work over the past two days has gone extremely well. While there will still be some disruption around the Club for the remainder of the week, the work that required the course to close has now been successfully completed. A big thank you to everyone for your patience while this essential work has been carried out. We’re also pleased to be able to offer food in the Bar on Wednesday evenings, from this Wednesday through to the end of October. We hope this gives members the chance to stay on after their round, enjoy a drink and have something to eat at the Club. This week, last food orders will be taken at 7:45pm, with last orders then reducing by 15 minutes each Wednesday as we head towards the clocks changing. We’ll see how the Wednesday food service is received and, most importantly, whether there is sufficient demand from members to make it worthwhile. If it proves popular, we’ll be delighted to continue it through the planned period. If demand is low, we may need to bring the service to an earlier close.
