Greens maintenance
Monday 10th & Tuesday 11th
Planned Greens maintenance will be carried out on the above dates,maintenance will include
Pencil tine
Scarify to a depth of 20mm
Top dress with sand then brushed in.
The work being carried out is less intrusive as first planned ,the main aims are to extract thatch,introduce approximately 1 tonne per green of Kiln dried sand into the profile allowing oxygen down into the grass roots.
This practice long term should extend our season as long as our weather allows.
Please give greens staff the right of way whilst they are working on the greens.
