A reminder that the Family Pairs 4BBB Stableford Board Competition takes place on Sunday 16th. Originally introduced as the Father and Son Trophy, the competition has evolved to welcome a wider range of family pairings. Thursday 20th August – Ladies Open Team of 3 Waltz The club hosts the Ladies Open Team of 3 Waltz on Thursday. With a large field expected, the course will be closed until 3.00pm, so members are asked to plan their golf accordingly. Saturday 22nd August – Monthly Stableford The August Monthly Stableford is played in two divisions, with players holding a Playing Handicap of up to 13 competing in Division 1 and those with a Playing Handicap over 13 in Division 2. The maximum Playing Handicap is 24. There is also qualification at stake, with the top three players in each division who have not already qualified earning a place in the prestigious Peter Lewis Competition, to be played on 3rd October.
