Green Jacket win for Royal Jersey Juniors
Congratulations!
Having beaten La Moye earlier in the year Royal Jersey travelled to Guernsey on Sunday 21st June to play against Royal Guernsey in the Hampshire Junior Green Jacket inter club knock out competition.
The competition is played off handicap with the top two stableford scores from each team counting.
Royal Jersey scores were Jacob Townsend 36 points; Marley Austin Vautier 35 points; and Oliver Bourke 34 points.
Royal Guernsey scores were Lewis Blondel 32 points; Josh Neville 31 points; and Lily McNeela 30 points.
This resulted in an excellent win for Royal Jersey by 71 points to 63.
The team now progress to finals day which will be played at Hockley Golf Club at the end of July.
