Updated Bar Menu

I am pleased to inform you that our updated bar menu has gone live from today.

As previously mentioned, these changes have been introduced to reflect the valuable feedback we received following the Food & Beverage survey conducted before Christmas. We appreciate the time many of you took to share your thoughts, and we are confident the new additions will enhance your experience at the Club.

New additions to the menu include:

Salads - Halloumi Salad with Sweet Chilli Sauce, a Tuna Salad, and a Prawn & Marie Rose Salad
Flatbreads - Plain Flatbread with Oil & Balsamic, a Pepperoni & Hot Honey, and a Chicken, Bacon & BBQ
Wraps - Crispy Chicken Caesar Wrap and Falafel & Hummus Wrap
Chicken Wings with a selection of sauces
A Club Sandwich
A BLT Sandwich & Baguette

New side dishes:

Potato Wedges
Sweet Potato Fries
Garlic Bread
Garlic Bread with Cheese

Sharing & lighter bites:

Golfers Sharing Platter (Onion Rings, Tempura Prawns, Vegetable Spring Rolls, Chicken Goujons and Chips)
Tempura Battered Prawns & Squid Rings
Salt & Chilli Shredded Chicken & Onion Bhajis
Mozzarella Sticks
Breaded Mushrooms

We have also added Scrambled Eggs & Avocado on Toast to our breakfast menu.

In addition, sandwiches and baguettes will now be served as standard with crisps and a salad garnish, with the option to upgrade to chips if preferred.

Bar & Draught Updates

We are pleased to introduce a new draught beer, Alpacalypse, which has replaced Atlantic. Early feedback on Alpacalypse has been very positive.

For the summer months, we have also refreshed the range by replacing London Pride with Greene King IPA on draught.

Wine List Update

We have refreshed our wine offering with a selection of new additions, including:

New house red and white wines
A new Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Rioja
A new Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Zinfandel, and Provence Rosé

We are also pleased to introduce two Captain’s Wines, selected by Kevin Holton:

Gavi and Primitivo
(£2 from each bottle sold will be donated to the Captain’s Charity.)

Halfway Hut – Summer Opening Hours (from Monday 4th May):

Monday: 8:15am – 4:00pm
Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday: 7:45am – 4:00pm
Thursday: 8:15am – 4:00pm
Friday: 8:15am – 4:00pm
Saturday: 7:45am – 4:00pm
Sunday: 7:45am – 4:00pm

We are currently working on further upgrades to the Halfway Hut menu, which will be introduced shortly. In the meantime, you may have already noticed improvements to our sausage rolls, pasties, and sausages, which have been upgraded to more premium products following your feedback.
