Dear Members, I hope this message finds you well.

It is a great honour to be appointed as your Club Captain, and I am both proud and excited to serve our club over the coming year. I would like to begin by thanking you all for your continued support, enthusiasm, and commitment, which make our club such a welcoming and enjoyable place to be.

Golf is, of course, at the heart of what we do, but just as important is the strong sense of community we share. Whether you are a long-standing member or new to the club, I look forward to meeting as many of you as possible both on and off the course.

Over the coming months, my aim is to support an inclusive, friendly, and enjoyable environment for all members, while also encouraging participation in competitions and club events. I am particularly keen to see members of all abilities getting involved and making the most of everything the club has to offer.

I would like to extend my thanks to my predecessor Graham for his hard work and dedication, and I look forward to building on his efforts. I am also grateful to the board, the committees, staff, and volunteers who contribute so much behind the scenes.

Please do not hesitate to say hello when you see me around the club, and feel free to share any thoughts or ideas you may have.
