Fabulous win for RJ Ladies
The first Bronze Team match of the season was played on Monday 23rd and Tuesday 24th March.
The Foursome matches were completed on Monday in bright sunshine and perfect playing conditions.
Royal Jersey got off to a strong start winning all 4 Foursome matches in a friendly, happy atmosphere.
Tuesday was a little cooler with an increasing wind.
Hannah Mundy was first out in the singles and set the pace by producing one of her longest drives ever on the first.
Our Royal ladies then went from strength to strength, finally bringing in an impressive result of 12 – 0
The match was followed by a tasty lunch in the club house.
The Guernsey team were very complimentary about the condition of the course, enjoyed browsing in the Pro Shop and are already looking forward to the match next year!
