Course Update.

Removal of winter restrictions.

Good evening everyone

We’re pleased to say that the winter restrictions will be lifted from Wednesday 25th March.

From Wednesday;

Winter mats will be removed.
Preferred lies will be in place (the handicap committee will update on the exact rules).
Buggies will be permitted on the course.
The 6th green and 7th tee will be back in play.

The 16th green will remain out of play for now to allow it more time to dry out and recover.

Greens maintenance is also in progress. 9 greens have been tined, scarified and cut. Tomorrow these greens will be topdressed, overseeded and brushed in. Therfore some winter greens will be in play until this work is completed.

Thanks for your patience over the winter. We appreciate your help. It’s great to be getting back towards normal play again. The green staff wish everyone a happy season ahead. Good luck to all.
