Hole in One's Keeping Rolling In

Well we certainly have some talented golfers here at the Club! Our third HIO of the week was recorded by Mick Brassington in the winter stableford on Sunday at the 14th. Mick informs me he hit the perfect 8 iron into the green, pitching the ball just past the hole and spinning back to record his first ace, 35 years into his golfing journey. Playing partners Nick Hutchinson and Jason Newton witnessed the brilliant shot to high fives, with a bottle of whisky left behind the bar to celebrate the achievement. Many congratulations Mick, great golf.
