It is disappointing that the new booking system is having some issues. This was one of the considerations to making the move from BRS during the quieter winter months. We considered by doing it now we could iron out any issues in time before the new playing season came around.
Two main issues being highlighted so far are: (1)some members seem able to book before 08:00am. We understand the temptation for members to do this but is unfair to all your fellow members and we would ask that you do not do it until we can get it resolved with Club V1

Secondly members seem able to be on the daily start sheet more than once. Again some members are taking the opportunity to book more times than are needed therefore denying other members the opportunity to book.
Council may have to take a more determined action and start removing times that are booked unfairly if members do not police the booking system fairly until we can get the issues resolved. Please cooperate with Council during this period

Whilst we would not wish to return to BRS booking but it remains an option if we cannot get satisfaction with Club V1
