This week there are some events being held in the Main Lounge, making it unavailable for general use at the following times:
- Thursday 18th December: closed until late in the day due to a funeral reception being hosted in the morning.
- Friday 19th: from 4:00pm, so it can be set up for an evening function.
- Saturday 20th: from 3:00pm, so it can be prepared for the Christmas Party in the evening.

Catering will finish for Christmas on Saturday 20th at 4:00pm, re-opening on Saturday 27th as normal.

The clubhouse will be closed over the festive period at the following times:
- For Christmas, the clubhouse will close on Wednesday 24th December at 5:00pm, remaining closed on 25th & 26th. It will open again on Saturday 27th.
- For New Year, the clubhouse will close on Wednesday 31st December at 5:00pm, remaining closed on 1st & 2nd January. It will open again on Saturday 3rd.
If you have items in the locker rooms which you wish to use during these periods, please get them before the clubhouse closes at 5:00pm on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
