December 12 – Seniors Stableford
1st Les Kitching 32 pts ; 2nd Chris Audritt 29 pts ; 3rd Derek Fieldhouse 28 pts.
December 13 – Junior Winter League
9 hole Stableford, Brian Plant Trophy: 1st Oliver McWhinney 17 pts ; 2nd Tom Moody 15 pts (countback required) ; 3rd Archie MacLelland 15 pts (countback required).
December 13 – Ladies Christmas Chip & Sip
15 new to golf ladies joined Steve Pearce, Rachel Holden and members of the ladies committee for mulled wine and cupcakes followed by a 6 hole scramble competition. Afterwards in the clubhouse we enjoyed a chat, some drinks and the presentation of prizes. It has been great to see so many ladies enjoying these sessions over the last few months and we look forward to many of them becoming members of the club in the future. A huge thank you to Steve who has put a lot of time and effort into welcoming and encouraging these ladies and to members of the ladies committee who have also been involved in supporting these sessions.

To all the members of the ladies section who have given their time over the last couple of weeks.
They have been decorating the clubhouse ready for our Christmas celebrations. They have been making up the Christmas hampers ready for our raffle at the Club’s Christmas lunch at which we made an incredible £985! And they have been polishing the trophies for our Presentation Evening. These are all jobs which nobody sees being done but everyone sees the benefit of.
