Success in R&A Level 3 Rules Exam!
We are delighted to announce that both Matthew Cooling and Janet Price have successfully passed the R&A Level 3 Rules Exam - the highest level of qualification within the R&A’s rules education pathway.
As part of this achievement, Matthew and Janet have been invited to attend the TARS3 (Tournament Administrators’ and Referees’ Seminar), which will take place in St Andrews at the end of February 2026. This prestigious seminar brings together referees and tournament officials from across the golfing world to deepen their knowledge and practical expertise in the Rules of Golf.
Before receiving their official Level 3 certificates, they will also be required to complete 120 hours of national-level refereeing, ensuring extensive hands-on experience to complement their studies.
This is a fantastic accomplishment and a testament to their dedication, knowledge, and passion for the game. Congratulations to both of them!
