Captains Supper and Annual Presentations.

Captain versus Vice Captain. An afternoon shotgun start at 1pm. with 70 players taking part. All of the fourball betterball matches were very close with nearest the pin and best team pairs prizes to play for. Once again, as last year, the Vice Captains team came out on top winning 9 -7.
Captains Supper There were over 80 members in the dining room who were served a 2 course meal and red wine. There was also a fun table quiz to do. The Captains speech following the meal.
Annual Presentations The presentations of the years trophy winners took place immediately after the Captains speech. Congratulations go to all of the winners.
As always I have many thankyou’s to those who helped and supported me in making the day and evening a great success. Thankyou to Paul and his team for the excellent meal, Vice Captain Dave McPheely, Mark and Hannah in the office for their organisation, Mike Bunney and his team for the course set up, photographer Dave Hagger and the members for taking part.
