Operating Hours for VX
Dear Members,
As we move into the winter season, please take note of the updated operating hours for the Clubhouse, hospitality, office and range services. These adjustments allow us to continue providing a warm and welcoming environment while aligning with seasonal demand.
Winter Opening Hours
Catering: 10:00am – 3:30pm
Bar: 10:00am – 4:30pm
Clubhouse & Site: Close at 5:00pm
Office: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Coaching & Practice Facilities
There will be coaching clinics on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, running until 6:30pm.
During the winter months, the driving range machine will be set to close down after 5:30pm.
The Swing Rooms are available for member use during the day, and bookings should be made through the Office. The cost is £15 per hour.
Early Closures
During quieter periods, the Bar and Catering services may close earlier at the Manager’s discretion. This helps us manage resources responsibly while maintaining the quality of service our members expect. This guidance is also reflected in the Club Diary.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support throughout the winter months. Winter operating hours are always a balance, and we will do our best to accommodate members where possible.
