Thank you to everyone who attended Wednesday’s AGM and contributed to such a positive and constructive discussion.

We recorded a fantastic turnout, the best in recent years, and your engagement is greatly appreciated.

I would also like to place on record our sincere thanks to Phil Richards for his five years of dedicated service as Chairman, and to our outgoing Captains for their hard work, commitment, and enthusiasm throughout their terms. On behalf of the board and the membership, thank you all for the time and energy you’ve given to the Club.

Levy Vote
The proposal to introduce a levy to help address the current deficit was carried by the membership with 151 votes in favour and 75 against, representing a clear 2:1 majority. Thank you for your support and for the thoughtful debate that led to this outcome.

How and When to Pay
We have already received a number of enquiries regarding payment. Full details of the invoicing timetable and payment methods will be issued before the end of this month (October). Please await that communication, which will set out the process clearly and simply.

Donations
We’re very grateful to those who have already chosen to make voluntary donations and we understand further contributions are on the way. While we work to make the donation process easier and more straightforward, anyone wishing to donate now may do so by contacting the Office.
