Rowlands Castle Seniors Team Are Triumphant!!
The annual 4 Square competition took place between West Surrey, Basingstoke, and Stoneham golf clubs, hosted this year at the wonderful West Surrey Golf Club.
In a tight finish Rowlands Castle Golf Club Senior Captain John Charlton brought in a great score of 38pts, to help the team pip the host club to a wonderful victory.
The result was as follows:
• Rowlands Castle, 207
• West Surrey, 205
• Stoneham, 191
• Basingstoke, 167
The Rowlands Castle Team: James Stewart, Alan Frew, Rob Lucas, Ken Watherston,
Steve Spurling, John Ellis, David Ward (Senior Vice-Captain), and John Charlton (Senior Captain).
