Seniors' Club Championship
First Winner Crowned!
The inaugural Seniors' Club Championships took place on Tuesday 24th June under blustery and testing conditions that challenged even the most experienced players. Despite the fierce winds, the event drew a strong field and was marked by the participation of both male and female members, creating a spirited and inclusive atmosphere.
Showing masterful control on the course, Peter Clifford delivered a great performance to become the first Seniors' Club Champion scoring a remarkable 37 points. Peter’s win is all the more impressive given his adjusted gross score was one less than his age!
Congratulations to Peter and to all who took part in making this a memorable and successful debut event for the club.
