We’re pleased to let you know that a brand-new ball dispenser will soon be installed at the range. This upgraded system will offer improved usability, including the ability to pay directly at the range, meaning there’ll be no need to visit the shop to purchase balls. We’ll confirm the go-live date very soon.
Due to the system failure, we are unable to recover individual balances from the old range cards.
• If you have proof of your last top-up, please bring it to the Pro Shop so we can apply the appropriate credit to your new account.
• If you don’t have proof, just bring your range card in and we’ll apply a £10 credit as a goodwill gesture.
• Instead of range cards, we will now be setting up personal accounts with PINs at the Pro Shop. These accounts will allow you to manage your credit and access the range once the new system is live.
We’re also pleased to share that a fresh order of high-quality range balls and mats will arrive shortly to enhance your experience.
Once all the upgrades are complete, we’ll be hosting a special Members’ Range Night – a relaxed social evening with some of our pros, where you’ll get the chance to try out the new system, enjoy the improvements, and connect with fellow members.
