CAPTAIN'S DAY JUNE 14
CAPTAINS DAY JUNE 14-closes on Wednesday.
Entries for Captains Day will be close on Wednesday June 11 at 12 noon, which is earlier than originally advertised.
There will be a random draw for this this year’s event will feature a single stableford format alongside a ‘golden ball’ team event comprising those who share your tee time. More on the rules for that competition later.
There will be a nearest the pin in two on the 18th hole for charity. It is £5 to enter and the winner will receive 50% of the pot. The rest goes to the Captain’s charity.
Bring plenty of cash for the raffle. First prize is a four-ball for Woodhall, which can be used any time over the next year. That alone is well worth buying a few tickets.
Andy Corssen will be providing hospitality in the form of a halfway house and let’s hope the weather plays it’s part in making this one of the best days of the year for members at North Shore.
