Marcella & Jackie are Triumphant

Brampton Park was the venue for the event with a full field of 46 pairs being represented from Bedfordshire, Cambs & Hunts, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk.
Marcella & Jackie won the trophies with the best gross score over 36 holes.
Marcella commented: “Brampton Park is always a challenging course but it was certainly an advantage to those who knew the course well. The sun shone for us and the wind only got blustery during our last nine holes. It was lovely to win it as we were runners-up last year, so we are both delighted and nice to get the golfing season off to a good start”.
