Club Systems Upgrade
Current Progress Report
We have been working behind the scenes for the last two days on updating the club systems hardware and software.
The new bar till is controlled by the v1 software, offering a fully integrated solution to finance management. Those members who had a balance on their bar account on the old till have now had that balance moved onto v1. This balance should be now be available to view on the v1 dashboard. If you dont have v1 it is recommended to download the app, this way you can keep easy track of your money. If you scroll to the bottom of the dashboard, you will see a button called Card Balance. This will display your current balance (bar sales and comp fees will be deducted from this 1 balance). If you click on the button it will then display your transactions, then if you click on an individiual transaction, that will provide more detail about it.
You will see when you do this that a number of corrections or top ups will of been made, this was so that the v1 software would update the app and the epos (till) system. Rest assured your balance is correct as it has been cross checked multipul times.
Lastly due to comps been released before this update (4BBB, April Medal, Tiger tankard/Buck rabbit) some members showed a negative comp balance (this does not exist anymore), this money will need to be debited from your account in due course. Those members who have signed upto the comp after the update, the system has automatically debited and updated your balance. Please make sure you have enough money on your account so that the latest comps can be debited. Future comps will be debited at the point of signing up.
