Following the AGM at which two new board members were appointed by the members, at the first board meeting we agreed the heads of the various OSCs as follows:

Steve Caldwell – Chair of House
Callum Macnair – Chair of Membership OSC and Chair of Marketing OSC
Lindsay McKenzie – Chair of Greens
Bob Maxwell – Chair of Finance

Although not a board position, Julian Graham-Rack continues in his role as Chair of Golf

At the Board meeting we agreed that one key area of improvement that is needed is communication. Therefore, each of the OSC Heads have agreed that they will meet on at least a quarterly basis and each meeting will be minuted and the minutes will be published on the members area of the website to allow full transparency. I encourage any member who wishes to be actively involved in any of the OSCs to put themselves forward to the Head of OSC. If you cannot commit to full OSC involvement but have some skills, expertise or support that you can offer then please feel free to contact the relevant OSC head to outline the help that you can offer.

I believe that Pannal GC is in a very strong position and has a very strong and capable board. With your support the future for our club looks very bright.
