Invitation Day
Saturday 8th June
This June Woolley Park turns 29. Join our celebrations in an Invitation Day offering. Invite a guest and enjoy the course at its best on Saturday 8th June.
All membership categories are welcome to play in the competition with the exception of Junior Par 3 members. There are no additional green fees for your guest.
Below is an outline of the format of the day:
TO START
You and your Guest can pick up your freshly prepared bacon rolls and coffee in the clubhouse before you tee off. This is included in your entry fee.
THE COMPETITION
Tee times on Saturday 8th are available from 8am - 2 pm.
During the above times, tees are only available for Invitation Day bookings.
The Lodge Course will remain open for visitors and those members not joining in invitation weekend.
Each tee time is for a 4 ball. Those booking as a pair will be joined by another pair.
The competition is a Stableford 4 ball better ball, with 85% course handicap allowance.
The competition is played from the white tees for males and the red tees for females.
Pairs can be made up of any gender combination.
In order for a pair to be eligible for the main prizes, Members and Guests are required to have CHD number and hold a handicap index at UK Club. In addition to this the prize winners must have a minimum of 6 score cards on their scoring record from 1 year prior to the day.
Members’ and Guests without a handicap (or with an iGolf handicap) can still play - but the pair will not be eligible for the main prizes. Two members can also play together in a pair - but the pair will not be eligible for the main prizes. Side competition prizes may still be won. Junior members must invite an adult guest.
TO EAT & DRINK
A pint of your choice, glass of wine or soft drink is included.
A light lunch will be served.
PRIZE GIVING
Prizes will be available to collect from Sunday 9th until Sunday 23rd June.
Prizes not collected during this time will be forfeit.
The booking sheet will open on Monday 1st April. Book via the Clubv1 app or the PSI screen.
You will need your guest's CHD number. Please ensure you have sufficient funds on your members card.
