That Was the Weekend that Was
Storms, Stablefords and Stuff
Apologies in being a tad late with the weekly update. Dodging between the storms, and postponed from last weekend, the November Monthly Stableford saw a who’s who of current form at the top.

Stephenson semi-finalist, Mike Bassett took the honours with 41 points.

Stephenson runner-up, James Johnson was beaten into second on count back.

Craig Jones came in third with 40 points, off his four strokes, so needless to say won the scratch competition carding a gross level par 70. (sorry for the earlier typo if you saw it - got old LFC footie players on the brain ha ha)

Sunday morning was a little damp, but a large field took to the morning roll-up and Andrew Willson, once again, was victorious. Pictured here with Pascal Huser squeezing into shot (I have a feeling he always sits with the winner)

Having reported, the week before last, Tim Hutchence victory in the Friday Roll up 2023, nice to see him here checking the spelling of his name with roll up organiser Peter Vogel.

After said proof read was complete Tim proudly accepted the trophy - congratulations again.

And finally… it may have escaped some members notice that the GM is currently enjoying a well earned holiday in SA.

We wish him a great stay and read into the pic what you will…

That’s all folks!
