Well - with a timepiece like that on the wrist, there was absolutely no excuse for slow play in today’s Pink Stableford!



Once again we saw a fantastic turnout and thanks to our sponsor, Tamsin Loke, 100% of entry fees went to the Breast Cancer Awareness Charity

Who would have thought we would have had such a splendid day, in terms of weather, giving the opportunity to play some great golf and enjoy apres golf outside in the late afternoon sun.

In the main competition itself many congratulations to Ladies Captain, Enid Hughes, winning with 42 points on countback from Marti Trevethick in second. Matt Dickinson and Bill Boucher came in 3rd and 4th on 39 points
 
In the twos competition, on 12, Grant Elner picked up £890 with £230 going to charity. This, along with a total entry fee of £1,150, raised £1,380

Current chat, before the presentation supper, is how much of his winnings Past Captain Grant is splitting with the charity (bearing in mind he was the only winner of the pot!)
