Membership payments
DON'T BE LATE!
Payments for memberships are due on the 1st of the due month - that's whether you are paying in instalments or your renewal is due and you wish to pay in full.

An email will be sent out a few weeks prior to your renewal date informing you of your upcoming renewal and the different payment methods/options available. We won't then send a further reminder of the impending payment due. This is the member's responsibility to ensure payments are made on time. You will be contacted should we notice a payment is late or has not been made.

If paying in instalments, please set up a standing order with your bank to make sure payments are made on time for the correct amount expected. If you have to be constantly chased and reminded about your payments due, the board are now cracking down on this and you will either lose the option to pay in instalments and will need to pay the full balance outstanding or you could end up losing the membership altogether.
