Earley is finally beaten
Sterling Wakefield , former Spurs player and lifelong fan is hoping to collect the Ladder trophy, there is only 4 weeks left to the final and he is in pole position.

His Spurs team rarely win anything and the Ladder Trophy would fit nicely into the empty trophy cabinet. Sterling said' the Club has contacted me and I can parade the trophy in front of the fans as it would be a first trophy in the new stadium'.

Lee Sexton defeated Stewart Tipplier in a close match to move into 2nd place and next week's top match.

Mark Earley has dropped to 7th and must win next week to keep his hopes alive of a final spot. Tom Aye-Moung has moved into 3rd with Simon Blakeney 5th & Marcus Opoku 6th all waiting for their chance to move to the top of the ladder.

Mark Earley's defeat has allowed the gap in the league to close to 4pts from Marcus Opoku.
