The weather took a nasty turn for the worst and as such a drop in medal numbers to a field of 79 players took their place in the second of four stableford qualifiers.
Division 1
Chris Forbes took the honours with 35 Points edging out Jamie Groom, Paul Adamson and Paul Chisholm on a card countback. Jamie taking second sport by the same measure.
Chris was out in 15 points before returning in 20 points which included birdies at holes 3, 10, 16 and 17.
Jamie was out in 17 points and came back in 18. Jamie carding birdies at holes 3, 7, 9, 12 & 17.
Chris won £9.10 for first place in the sweep and Jamie picked up £4.90.

Division 2
Richard Dourley took top spot with 42 Points giving him a two point advantage over second placed Scott Logan on 40 Points.
Richard went out in 19 points and came home in 23 with birdies at holes 8, 12 & 15.
Scott had equal halves of 20 points. The card included birdies at 7 & 18.
Richard won £23.40 for first place in the sweep and Scott picked up £12.60.
Division 3
Kai Murdoch took top spot and leading qualifier with 46 Points finishing a full four points clear of Andrew Johnston in second.
Kai went out in 21 points before returning in 25 points with birdies a gross birdie at 18 and 10 net birdies on the card.
Andrew went out in 18 points and returned in 24. The card containing 8 net birdies.
Kai won £16.25 for first place in the sweep and Andrew picked up £8.75.
Three players birdied the 15th hole, Ben Taylor, Richard Dourley and Allan Maxwell each collecting £20.00 in the “Two’s” sweep. Alan Rome also had a birdie two but was not entered not the sweep.
