Venue: Fulford Heath Golf Club Ltd, Tanners Green Lane, Tanners Green, Wythall, Birmingham, B47 6BH (The Clubhouse)

Business to be conducted:

• Special Resolution 1: Change article 18 to read – ‘The business and strategic management board shall consist of 6 members, including a Chairman and a Director of Finance. The Club Manager will also be a non-voting member of the Board.

• Special Resolution 2: Change article 30 to read – ‘The Club shall arrange an independent annual Accountants Report of the clubs accounts’.

• Receive and approve the annual club accounts and reports of the Directors.

• Appointment of Wallace Crooke for Accountants Report of the clubs accounts (Subject to passing of Special Resolution 2).

• Election of Director of Course.

• Election of Director of Membership & House (Subject to passing of Special Resolution 1).

• Approval of Club Vice Captain.

• Consider and agree 26/27 membership subscriptions.
