Two of the Club's longstanding members head the ladder & league standings after week 5.

The East course received much praise as it played extremely well for mid-November with the greens in great condition.

Doug Drummond took on the Persian Prince, Homi Falak in the top match as No.1 Andy Mitchell couldn't play. Doug was 3 up with 3 to play and the match was heading to extra holes when Doug holed his bunker shot for an incredible par. Homi had hit a drive, 9 iron to set up a match saving birdie, but saw his putt agonizingly lip out.

Doug celebrated his win with a pint in front of his many adoring fans!!

Stephen Bartlett or nicknamed - JCB , is know for taking a large divots , but his swing stood up the test again today as he beat Dean Wootten 3 & 2 to move into 3rd place.

Don Bennett & Kim Horsted both moved into the top 10.

Alan Ratcliffe has battled back to 2nd place winning on the 18th green, in fact, 10 matches went all 18 holes .
