Notice for Mens Club AGM

I hereby give 21 days’ notice for the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the East Clare Men's Club which will take place on Thursday, November 18th, 2021 at 7:30pm in the clubhouse.
All motions for the meeting and nominations for officers and members of committee must be proposed, seconded, and submitted in writing or by email to the Honorary Secretary of the men's committee.
The closing date for the receipt of motions and nominations is Monday, November 8th. Please note that members who table motions must be present at the AGM.
