Notice for Ladies Club AGM
Wednesday, November 10th @ 8PM
I hereby give 21 days’ notice for the upcoming 28th Annual General Meeting of the East Clare Ladies’ Club which will take place on Wednesday, November 10th, 2021 at 8pm in the clubhouse.
All motions for the meeting and nominations for officers and members of committee must be proposed, seconded, and submitted in writing or by email to the Honorary Secretary of the ladies’ committee.
The closing date for the receipt of motions and nominations is Saturday, October 30th. Please note that members who table motions must be present at the AGM.
