General Play (Supplementary scores)
With the course reopening soon, we should like to remind members how to submit General Play Cards for handicap purposes
1. General Play cards may be submitted from any qualifying course, with an official slope rating.
2. Players must register for their round and sign in before they tee off. This is done via HDID App or the Club V1 system.
3. The card must be fully completed and signed by the player
4. Scores must be verified by an independent golfer
5. Scores must be input the same day via HDID or Club V1 system
6. The signed card must then be handed into the office or posted through the letter box for the attention of the handicap committee
7. There is no restriction to the number of General Play Cards that can be submitted in a seven day period.

To gain a new Handicap Index, members need to submit cards for a minimum of 54 holes by handing them into the office. This can be any combination of 9 holes and full 18 holes. The Handicap committee will enter the scores into the World Handicap System and a provisional/first Handicap Index is allocated. Once you do have a handicap index, you can follow the above guidance and sign in via HDID prior to your round.

If you have any questions you can contact a member of the handicap committee
