I hope this email finds you safe and well. Thank You for your patience awaiting this latest update.
Unfortunately not much has changed following The Welsh Ministers announcement. There is no change to how many people you can play golf with, we remain as two balls.
Tomorrow ( Saturday 20th June ) I will be releasing the tee sheet for the three week period of Monday 22th June – Sunday 12th July.
We want you to use the online booking system as much as possible, it is the way we are moving forward and it is here to stay.
Phone bookings for this initial rush can and will only be taken tomorrow between 9am-11am and then again 1pm-3pm. Booking requests by phone outside of these time windows given will not be possible.
Three weeks of times are being released there shouldn’t be any need to panic and feel that you are missing out.
Again the tee times are limited so can we try and use some common sense when booking, those of you who play through the week should consider those members who work and can only play at weekends for instance.
Times will be in 10 minute intervals and no more than a Two Ball is permitted. All of our other safety systems remain.
The following guidelines will now also apply….
Weekday – 7.30am - 6pm ( Course to be cleared by 8pm )
Weekend - 7am – 5pm ( Course to be cleared by 7pm )
*COMPETITION GOLF*
We intend to run some Stableford Competitions over the weekends, further details will follow but for now please only book a time either on a Saturday or Sunday morning if you intend to enter the competition. If you do not wish to enter a competition please book an afternoon tee time.
*HANDICAP CARDS*
New members looking to obtain their first handicap will now have the opportunity to mark some cards and submit to us for review. You will need to submit sufficient cards to provide scores for 54 holes of golf. Once you have submitted these scores the Handicap Committee will allot you a handicap.
*PRO SHOP*
We will be officially open as of Monday 22nd June. Again there are safety guidelines in place and these must be respected.
We ask that you sanitise your hands upon entry and follow our one way system, we will be operating on a one in one out basis and your exit will be through the new doorway on driving range.
Any payments will be CARD ONLY.
*COACHING*
I am pleased to say that my coaching diary is now again open. Due to the current circumstances my availability will be limited to Tuesdays and Thursdays only at this stage, to see my diary and to book please visit……
