Captains Charity Raffle
Raffle tickets are available to buy now in the pro shop and in the bar to raise money for the captains charity. Tickets are £5 for a strip, and you can win your own parking space infront of the clubhouse.
Tickets are available for purchase from now until The Captains Drive in on Saturday March 23rd when the draw will be made and the winner will be announced

The Captian has recieved some information and statistics from the Widnes Foodbank to help gain a better understanding on what they do and why donations are so important.

"As you can see overall fed is on the increase year on year.
2021-2022 was a 48.5% increase
2022-2023 was a 22.6% increase."
"The demand increases, yet our food donations do not match the increase in need. We find ourselves purchasing items to ensure that our community receives a complete three day parcel. In total in 2023 we gave out 54,639 meals (3 meals a day for 3 days)."
"We provide a three day emergency food parcel and each contains three meals a day as well as fresh bread, and enough fresh fruit and veg to supplement one meal. We also provide essentials such as toiletries, nappies and sanitary products and also we provide pet food."
"We would not be able to do this work without the support of the local community"
