England Golf Players 1st
Members Survey
As announced at the Ninth Members' Briefing, with the help of England Golf we are undertaking a largescale Members Satisfaction and Experience survey. From the middle of next week until the end of May, Members of all categories will have the opportunity to share their views on all aspects of club life.
We are using the Players 1st platform, a well established system that is relied on by over 2,000 clubs in 20 countries. This will enable us to understand your experience and satisfaction in relation to 114 aspects; and to benchmark our performance against other clubs in England.
Next week, members will receive an email invitation to participate and we hope as many of you as possible will share your views. The findings will help Council to plan for the future and to focus on the priorities of all going forward.
