ESN ladies through to 3rd round of daily Mail
This week saw Bev Weddle and Jane Saunders play their second round match at home against Ashdown Golfers.
The heavy conditions sadly saw our ladies 3 down at the turn, however they rallied and brilliantly clawed it back to being 1up by the 15th, helped by a great chip in by Jane for a birdie on the 12th. By the 16th the match was again all square, but Bev and Jane used their home advantage to claw the lead back on the next hole and successfully held this till the end to win 1up.
