36 Hole Scratch Salver
Better late than Never for Elliot
Elliot Shaw submitted a late entry into our Scratch Salver which took place on Saturday after being balloted out of the Berkhamsted Trophy.
His decision paid off when he produced 2 sub par rounds of 69 for a 2 under par total of 138 to win our very popular spring event. He finished a single shot clear of runner-up Callum Brown of Bridgnorth Golf Club.
George Watton shot the best gross score from a home player (141) to finish in 5th place.
Nick Giles shot a superb 9 under par nett total to win the nett competition with Joe Wildblood 2 shots back in second place.
Everyone was very complimentary about the course & hospitality on the day and our thanks go to all the members & staff that helped make the event so successful.
